Use this form to withdraw from a paid subscription (Ticket Bot Premium, Premium+ or Business). You do not need to give a reason and you do not need to sign in. This form does not apply to purchases in the shop, those are handled by Tebex.

For example your Discord server ID or the Stripe invoice number.
