Withdrawal Instructions

This is a translation for your convenience. The German version at www.msk-scripts.de/de/terms/widerruf is authoritative and is the wording that applies to the statutory model instruction.
These withdrawal instructions apply to paid subscriptions (Ticket Bot transcript service Premium, Premium+ and Business, as well as MSK Forms Pro and Enterprise) for which MSK Scripts is your contracting party and Stripe merely handles the payment.
They do not apply to purchases in the shop: there, Tebex Limited is the seller and provides its own withdrawal instructions during the order process (https://checkout.tebex.io/terms).
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 BGB).
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://www.msk-scripts.de/vertrag-widerrufen. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay, containing information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Additional notes
- No charge is incurred during the free trial period; a withdrawal during that time is free of charge.
- The right of withdrawal expires under § 356 (4) BGB if we have fully performed the service and you expressly consented and acknowledged, before performance began, that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract. For ongoing monthly subscriptions this is regularly not the case within the first 14 days.
- Irrespective of the right of withdrawal, you can cancel subscriptions at any time with effect from the end of the billing period via "Cancel contracts here" in the site footer (§ 312k BGB).
