Subscriptions for the Ticket Bot transcript service and MSK Forms are processed via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland. Here MSK Scripts is your contracting party; Stripe only processes the payment. We do not receive payment data.

Single point of contact under the Digital Services Act (DSA)

MSK Scripts stores and publishes content provided by users (ticket transcripts, image gallery, giveaway result pages, MSK Paste, MSK Forms) and is therefore a hosting service provider within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. Reporting illegal content (Art. 16 DSA): Please give us the URL of the content, an explanation of why it is illegal, your name and email address, and a statement that your information is correct to the best of your knowledge. The procedure is described in our Terms and Conditions.

Withdrawal from and cancellation of subscriptions

Consumers can withdraw from subscriptions concluded via the website using the "Withdraw from contract" function (§ 356a BGB) and cancel them using "Cancel contracts here" (§ 312k BGB) – both in the site footer, reachable without logging in. Details are in the withdrawal instructions.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body within the meaning of the VSBG.

Accessibility

MSK Scripts is operated as a micro-enterprise and is exempt from the service obligations of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act pursuant to § 3 (3) BFSG. We are happy to receive accessibility feedback by email.

Notes on content, links and trademarks

We are responsible for our own content under general law. For content stored by users, the liability rules of Art. 4–6 DSA apply; there is no general monitoring obligation. Once we become aware of legal violations, we remove the content without delay.

External links (GitHub, Discord, Tebex, Stripe, fivestats.io, CFX.re and others) lead to third-party offerings for which the respective provider is responsible.

All of our own software products and graphics, including logos and banners, are protected by copyright; the terms of use follow from the Terms and Conditions (for our images from § 9 (2) of the Terms) or the respective open source licence (e.g. AGPL-3.0 for the Ticket Bot, Paste and Shortener).
